THE ROLEThe Associate Sales Manager, Pool Solutions will be responsible for front-line sales and customer service delivery. This includes acquiring new customers, driving growth with existing accounts, managing distributors, and providing first-level technical support. The role plays a critical part in expanding the Pool Solutions business and ensuring customer satisfaction through best-in-class performance and cost-effective solutions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDrive Revenue Growth (Aligned to Annual Operating Plan):
Acquire new customers (direct and via channel partners)
Increase share of wallet by cross-selling new pool technologies
Promote innovations and expand into new market segments
Update Salesforce with all growth opportunities weekly
Conduct product trials at customer locations
Retain and Grow Existing Accounts:
Ensure service excellence and deliver on performance & cost commitments
Leverage Solenis' Value Advantage framework to capture value delivered
Maintain strong, multi-tiered customer relationships
Implement strategic price increases
Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical advice
Sales Forecasting & Collections:
Ensure timely AR collections
Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasting
Channel Partner/Distributor Management:
Grow business through existing partners
Expand coverage via new distributor appointments
Track and report secondary sales
Monitor and improve distributor ROI
Market Intelligence:
Keep track of industry trends and competitor activity
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with supply chain, HR, finance, R&D, procurement, and leadership teams

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KEY ATTRIBUTESEducation/Experience:
Technical background required (Engineering or Science)
Prior experience in pool or water treatment industries preferred
Familiarity with disinfection, filtration, and water quality management for recreational water is advantageous
