ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate Manager - Quality and Hygiene is responsible for supporting activities to ensure the highest quality of hygiene and food safety in all areas of operations within the store.

ROLE PROFILE

Support the analysis of quality and food safety standards and implement continuous improvements.Implement and monitor HACCP, ISO 22000 and local regulatory standards (e.g., NFSA, EOS).Maintain all documents related to hygiene procedures to ensure quality.Lead internal/external audits and corrective actionsMonitor the storage of fresh food according to the set standards and procedures.Monitor and report on the segregation, storage and timely removal of all waste.Implement training for all food and waste handling staff.Implement the hygiene and food safety awareness/climate in the stores to ensure highest quality

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s in Veterinary, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.5+ years in related food quality control, 3+ years within the retail working with food is preferable.Bachelor’s in Veterinary, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.Lab testing, cold chain logistics.Analytical, leadership, crisis management.
