We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assocate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective quality standards across the organization.
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performanceConduct training needs assessments and create tailored learning solutions for various departmentsManage and maintain the organization's quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standardsLead quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement projectsDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both training effectiveness and quality metricsConduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions as neededCollaborate with department heads to identify training needs and quality improvement opportunitiesMentor and guide team members in both training and quality management practicesStay updated on industry trends and best practices in training methodologies and quality managementPrepare and present reports on training outcomes and quality performance to senior managementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of experience in training and quality management rolesProven track record in developing and implementing successful training programsStrong knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement methodologiesExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and presentation abilitiesStrong leadership skills with experience in team managementProficiency in learning management systems and quality management toolsCertifications in Training Management and Quality Management (e.g., Certified Training and Development Professional, Six Sigma Black Belt) preferredIn-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in training and quality managementAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organizationAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
