Role Purpose:
Support the execution and continuous improvement of our app and web experiences. As Associate Onsite Manager, you play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, managing daily content updates, and ensuring everything from banners to product placements is accurate, engaging, and optimized for conversion. You’ll collaborate across teams, learn fast, and help shape how customers interact with our platform every day.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The Associate Onsite Manager assists in the planning, setup, and day-to-day execution of campaigns and content across the website and app. Working closely with the Onsite Manager and other teams, you’ll manage merchandising updates, QA content before go-live, track key metrics, and help maintain a clean, relevant digital shelf. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about e-commerce and user experience.
