Executive - Marketing

Marketing Campaign Execution:

Assist in developing and implementing regional marketing plans, including media planning and print/digital campaigns.

Support the execution of project-specific marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall branding strategy.

Coordinate referral sales campaigns and track lead-to-sale conversion rates.

Brand Positioning:

Ensure project branding efforts align with market trends and target customer needs.

Collaborate with creative agencies for the development of promotional content and marketing materials.

Monitor the effectiveness of brand-building activities and suggest improvements.

Lead Generation and Customer Engagement:

Execute marketing activities to generate quality leads for residential and commercial projects.

Track lead generation performance and ensure alignment with sales team requirements.

Support customer engagement initiatives such as events, campaigns, and loyalty programs.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis for micro-markets.

Provide insights on market trends and customer preferences.

Identify potential opportunities for new marketing initiatives based on market dynamics.

Vendor and Agency Coordination:

Manage relationships with marketing agencies, consultants, and vendors.

Negotiate with external partners for promotional activities and campaign execution.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Maintain MIS reports for marketing activities, including campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and ROI.

Provide regular updates to the Head – Sales and Marketing on marketing effectiveness.

Digital and Social Media Management:

Assist in implementing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.

Monitor online platforms for brand presence and customer engagement.

Ensure digital marketing initiatives align with overall marketing objectives.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Work Experience (Range of years):

4-8 Years

Preferred Industry:

Experience in real estate marketing, with a strong understanding of branding, lead generation, and promotional campaigns.

Proven expertise in managing marketing agencies and vendors.

Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.
