Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting Associate Manager/ Manager-Facultative to join our team in Hanoi.

Responsibilities:
+ Develop Facultative business:
+ Maintaining the best local practice and co-operation with regional office
+ Communicate with clients for fac offer from Vietnam and Cambodia
+ The negotiation and placement of renewal or new business. This includes the usage of e-placement platform for information dissemination and quotation/placement.
+ Involving in full placement with reinsurers and follow up with cedant
+ Managing business after sale
+ Follow-up and organize signing of contractual documents at conclusion of placement, leading to the production of the cover-note for Reinsured.
+ Sending Policy Handbook, Insurance Cards, Leaflets, Direct-billing list, Debit Note and Invoice to clients/insurers and make sure everything is correct before sending to client.
+ Maintenance of placement correspondence/ documents via e-filing.
Skills and experience that will lead to success.
+ University graduates
+ Proven Reinsurance experience in 5 years.
+ Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and client needs.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
+ Ability to lead and manage high-performing teams effectively.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Good at English and Excel.
