Our facility in Courtland, Alabama has an immediate opportunity for an Associate Manager of Integrated Planning \(Level 4\) to join our mission\. In this role, you will support the tactical and strategic needs of a fast\-paced and highly technical build cycle\. No two days will be the same but every day will be filled with supporting the creation of some of the most technically advanced items to ever fly\. **Summary of Key Duties: In this role, you will…** • Manage a team of Manufacturing Planners and Material Requirements Planners\. • Act as surge support for team members in times of need \#LockheedMartinSpacePME **Basic Qualifications:** • 4\+ years of Supply Chain Planning in a technical manufacturing environment \(e\.g\. Aerospace, Automotive, Farm Implement, etc\.\) • Experience working in a ERP/MRP environment \(SAP, Oracle, etc\.\) • Knowledge in regards to creating and maintaining a Project Schedule \(Microsoft Project\) • Must be a United States citizen and have an _active_ Secret government security clearance **Desired Skills:** • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Active Secret Security clearance • Experience leading a team • Experience in SAP \(and exception based planning methodology\) • Experience creating and maintaining a Project Schedule \(Microsoft Project\) • Experience with manufacturing in a development environment • Experience with manufacturing Defense products • APICS/ASCM certification\(s\) • Experience working with a Quality Management System \(AS or ISO\) • Green Belt certification - - - To promote the sharing of ideas, Lockheed Martin fosters a work environment that encourages big\-picture thinking\.
