Your new roleAs an Associate Manager, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring operational excellence and collaboration within Novo Nordisk’s external Contract Manufacturing (CM) network under Global Contract Manufacturing Devices (GCMD). Your leadership will play a key role in driving systematic processes, upholding quality standards, and fostering team well-being.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:
Guiding, mentoring, and managing a talented team of professionals, promoting collaboration and empowerment Overseeing the systematic facilitation and documentation of deviations within the CM network, ensuring compliance with required standards Leading the team’s commitment to accuracy and care in handling deviations - Driving a lean mindset by identifying opportunities to optimize processes for efficiency and quality improvements Enhancing team dynamics and prioritizing mutual respect and well-being Your new departmentThe Quality Support department, located in Hillerød, is a critical part of Novo Nordisk’s external Contract Manufacturing network. The team focuses on ensuring seamless operations, delivering high-quality products, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Your skills & qualificationsWe’re looking for a new Associate Manager with a strong leadership mindset who thrives in dynamic and regulated environments. You’ll bring:
A degree in natural sciences (e.g., biology, chemistry, physics).
