Overview As the FLC Category Associate Finance Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with our marketing team to drive share & profit growth across our brands. This role will focus on collaborating with cross-functional partners on the innovation agenda which includes building AOP, volume forecasts, P&Ls & ongoing reporting. The role requires strong communication skills, effective relationship building, great sense of ownership & accountability, as well as strong analytical and financial acumen. What you’ll be working on: Manage, track and influence holistic performance of FLC brands in Canada Drive future innovation agenda (including SKU optimization) Deliver innovation P&Ls partnering with marketing, commercialization, sales strategy & RGM teams as part of the stage gate process Influence AOP planning, contributing to target setting, defining the role of innovation, defining trajectory of building blocks Build effective cross departmental relationships supporting shared growth objectives Deliver driver-based brand revenue builds Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred. MBA or CPA an asset 5-7 years of relevant finance experience Strong communication skills with ability to simplify key messages and provide valuable insights in a compelling way Ability to influence at various levels of the organization and drive the agenda Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experience Strong analytical and project management skills Effective time management & prioritization capabilities Exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are a key requirement Strong modeling skills and system skills (ie. SAP, Power BI) Ability to work and think independently with limited direction and oversight
