Minimum 4 - 8 years of Work experience in Workday Technical as Integration consultantCertifications in Workday Integration Core and/or Studio (Preferable). Or Candidates having Very Good Hands-on Experience without certification are also considerable.Minimum experience of 4 years in workday integration skills including Core Connectors, Document Transformations (XSLT), Studio, EIB, creating Calc Field, Custom Reports  and BIRT report design , PECI IntegrationsKnowledge in Workday HCM, Absence and Time Tracking modules & related business processesAble to understand payroll business processes and experience in gathering user requirements Able to work independently on root cause analysis & issue resolutionPreferably > 5 years of hands-on development experience in WorkdayWorks independently with minimal supervisionAbility to collaborate with end-users and able to communicate effectively
