Responsibilities
Work with Clients, Functional and Technical teams to drive effective management of the applicationAbility to lead a team of consultants and deliver to the clientSupport and Manage System testing as well as supporting the customer through User Acceptance Testing and Post Production phase.Innovate ways to automate repetitive processesThink creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solutionManage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.Ensure compliance with the documented processes and procedures throughout the life cycleCreate SOP documentation and update them to Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologiesMust have Skills and Qualifications
The Service Now SecOps (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response) developer would need to have at least 8 years of experience in Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response modules.Working experience in configuring Security incident response applicationsWorking experience in configuring Vulnerability response applications and integration with vulnerability scanner toolThorough understanding of ServiceNow Security incident response and Vulnerable Item processesHands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS within the ServiceNow platform.Experience integrating third-party security tools, systems, and APIs with ServiceNow.Certified Implementation Specialist(CIS) certification in Security Incident Response (SIR) and(or) Vulnerability Response (VR) is highly desiredExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to lead a team of consultants and take end-to-end ownership of project implementation tasks.Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.Nice to Have skills
