Associate Manager Distribution

Primary Responsibilities:

Leads team to provide on time service and the Perfect Order dailyDevelops and implements standard processes and workflow to ensure consistent and repeatable resultsIdentifies opportunities for improvement in established processes, determines root cause, and implements solutions to solveCoaches and develops shareowners to ensure they are properly motivated and trainedCommunicates and maintains strong working relationships with other managers and teamsEstablishes individual goals and provides comprehensive evaluations/feedback to shareowners on their performance to those goalsAssists distribution team to ensure productivity measures are met and maintainedAdheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policiesEnsures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your roleRepresents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third partiesPerforms other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Capabilities:

 Proven leadership and team building experience including the ability to effectively drive change to drive the business forwardAbility to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organizationTraining and/or experience in Lean Principles, Six Sigma, and 5S 

Education and Experience:

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experienceSignificant Medical Device manufacturing/warehouse experience 

Travel and/or Physical Demands:

Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
