Incharge - Branding ( Digital)
Digital & Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand engagement, reach, and visibility across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.
Oversee content strategy by ensuring regular and engaging posts, interactive campaigns, and influencer collaborations to increase customer engagement.
Manage seasonal and festive campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand objectives.
Lead online reputation management (ORM) efforts, responding to customer feedback, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive brand perception.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to continuously refine strategies for higher engagement and conversions.
Digital Transformation & IT Collaboration:
Support the Head of Branding in implementing digital transformation initiatives to enhance the customer journey.
Collaborate with IT to implement new digital tools, such as:
Channel Partner App – Streamlining interactions and communication with channel partners.
Virtual Call Center – Enhancing digital customer service experience.
Chatbot & AI-Driven Engagement – Automating responses and improving customer interactions.
Monitor and analyze dashboard metrics and KPIs to measure the success of digital initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Website Management & SEO Optimization:
Oversee website content and structure, ensuring an optimal user experience that supports lead generation and engagement.
Implement SEO strategies, optimizing content for organic search growth and improved rankings.
Ensure website integration with CRM systems and marketing automation tools to enhance customer interactions.
Conduct A/B testing and performance tracking to improve website effectiveness and conversion rates.
Research & Market Intelligence:
Conduct market benchmarking studies to analyze competitor branding strategies and digital trends.
Implement mystery shopping initiatives to gather real-time customer insights for refining branding efforts.
Perform customer segmentation and profiling to develop targeted branding and digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor emerging digital technologies and best practices to keep Adani Realty at the forefront of digital branding.
Digital Brand Asset Management:
Develop digital brand guidelines ensuring brand consistency across all online platforms.
Oversee the creation and distribution of multimedia assets, including videos, animations, and infographics, for digital campaigns.
Ensure that all corporate and promotional digital assets align with brand standards and quality benchmarks.
Operations & Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices related to branding initiatives, including payments to agencies and vendors.
Conduct periodic audits of branding activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and branding guidelines.
Ensure adherence to approval processes and governance structures for branding budgets and digital campaigns.

Educational Qualification:
MBA in Marketing or related field.
Work Experience (Range of years):
7-10 Years
Preferred Industry:
Experience in digital marketing, digital branding, social media management, or online reputation management (ORM).
Industry Preference: Experience in real estate, digital-first brands, technology companies, e-commerce, hospitality, or FMCG is preferred.
