Review and approve design drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Monitor project progress and address any design-related issues or changes promptly. Provide guidance and support to the design team throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits to inspect design implementation and quality control. Prepare and present design proposals, progress reports, and presentations to senior management. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in real estate design. Drive innovation and creativity in design solutions while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints. Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field Certification required: Professional certification in Architecture or Design Management is preferred Experience: 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
