We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Manager - Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and supporting data-driven decision-making.
 

Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operations within the program to identify bottlenecks and inefficienciesCollaborate closely with process owners to understand requirements and pain pointsCollect, organize, and analyze data related to process performance, quality, and KPIsGenerate reports and insights from data analysis to drive decision-makingWork with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirementsTranslate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for process improvementPropose and design process improvements and optimizations to meet client and company objectivesDevelop detailed process documentation, including flowcharts and SOPsManage and oversee the implementation of process improvements and changesPresent findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related fieldProven experience in business process analysis and improvementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPointExperience with data analysis tools and softwareKnowledge of Tableau, Power BI and other Sutherland Reporting ToolsFamiliarity with project management methodologiesUnderstanding of business process modeling techniquesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment
