- Lead and manage the commissioning process for turbine systems within power plants - Develop commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and operations to support commissioning activities - Conduct pre-commissioning checks, inspections, and tests to verify system integrity - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the commissioning phase - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to safety standards - Provide training and guidance to junior team members involved in the commissioning process - Collaborate with equipment vendors and contractors to facilitate commissioning activities - Prepare commissioning reports, documentation, and final handover of systems to operations - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize commissioning processes and outcomes
