Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead / Manager – SAP S/4HANA PP-PM-QM to oversee and optimize production planning, plant maintenance, and quality management processes. The ideal candidate will drive SAP S/4HANA implementations, lead a team of consultants, and ensure seamless business process integration across manufacturing and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:Lead SAP S/4HANA PP, PM, QM implementation and optimization projectsManage a team of SAP consultants, ensuring project success and alignment with business goalsAnalyze and improve production, maintenance, and quality management workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless SAP module integrationProvide strategic insights and best practices for process automation and digital transformationSupport end-users with training, troubleshooting, and system enhancementsQualifications & Skills:✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering
✅ Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA PP, PM, and QM
✅ Expertise in production planning, plant maintenance, and quality management processes
✅ Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills
✅ Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, process optimization, and automation
✅ SAP certification in PP, PM, or QM (preferred)
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
