Associate Manager, Security Risk Management

We’re looking for an Associate Manager to support our Enterprise Security Risk Management team. As an Associate Manager you will manage a team of analysts in a regional crisis management and intelligence center. 

Responsibilities:

Understand and contribute to all processes Analysts are responsible forQuality control of all issued communications and products drafted by Analyst teamManagement of operations, scheduling, and evaluation of CMIC performanceCollaborate with other CMIC managers and report to Global CMIC managerCollaborate closely with US Office management teams, facilities, and property management to drive effective operations Supervise Analysts who: Monitor real-time data and news to provide actionable intelligence impacting our client’s assetsResearch and develop detailed assessments on emerging threats across the globeInitial emergency response support; communications centralization and reportingConduct intelligence assessments for regional special events, as necessary Monitor CCTV and access control systems as required Credentialing support as required

Essential Traits:

Strong background in OSINT research and management in a risk monitoring organisation 

Strong academic background 

You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and complex projects simultaneously.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on complex coordination, acute attention to detail and ability to forecast operational needs, issues and problems to best plan for success.

You are adept at problem-solving and decision-making, with a keen eye for detail.

You have knowledge

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations, oftentimes with little notice and potentially outside typical operational hours. 

You have proficiency in relevant software and technology tools for project management and coordination.

 Schedule

This role requires flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, which may include evening hours. Candidates must be comfortable with shift work and are expected to work on-site to support operational needs.
