This role reports to the Senior Manager of RGM APEX Reporting & Functionality within the RGM Capabilities team. It will deliver best-in-class APEX Reporting and Functionality support to enable the organization to drive and deliver profitable revenue growth strategies, harnessing our technology, data, and the power of our brands and portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
This role will actively participate in supporting the efforts of the extended RGM Capabilities APEX team, including Ad Hoc reporting requests, KPI reconciliation, and managing reporting anomalies. It will also work with the MDS team to deliver APEX reporting training documentation and manage access to US TPM reporting.
Support the analysis needed to drive the enhancement plan to improve APEX Reporting and FunctionalitySupport the in-depth situation assessment of existing APEX Reporting and Functionality to identify opportunities to innovate, improve, and revamp APEX Reporting and system/user functionalitySupport enhancement and new reporting requests from the APEX Reporting and Functionality Taskforce, which consists of functional leaders from Sales, Sales Planning, Commercial Finance, and Customer RGMSupport the development and maintenance of QA/QC reporting for APEX Tableau and APEX LiveEnsure KPI alignment and integrity across dashboards to ensure the quality and accuracy of APEX ReportingWork with the Accenture support team to manage payment, spend, and revenue reconciliationAPEX Reporting training and support. Define the business process for managing errorsCreate and update training documentation for APEX Live and APEX Tableau ReportingExecute ad-hoc tasks/requests for reporting, audits, and dashboard exportsUAT of new APEX and APEX reporting enhancementsReducing complexity using an analytical, disciplined and collaborative approachSynthesizing multiple data points into a holistic positionOrganizing and prioritizingProblem solvingFinding new and innovative solutionsWorking in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment a distinct advantageCustomer and category knowledge a distinct advantageWhat extra ingredients you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or similar required 2-4 years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods industryStrong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsAdvanced Excel skills, including Power Query and pivot tablesExperience working and connecting multiple data sourcesExperience with data visualization tools: Tableau (preferred) and/or Power BIFamiliarity with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles and practicesFamiliarity with Salesforce or other Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systemsSelf-directed, results-driven individual, and able to manage multiple prioritiesThe base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
