About the RoleAs an Associate Manager, you’ll lead a team of Account Executives, coaching and developing talent while helping scale our sales organization. You’ll bring deep experience in running complex, consultative sales cycles and use that knowledge to support your team in closing high-impact deals. In this role, you’ll play a key part in growing our customer base and driving the success of hospitality operators using the SevenRooms platform.

Create and scale best practices, strategies, and programs that increase team efficiency and sales impact. Build Strong Customer Relationships. Partner with clients to understand their needs and foster long-term, trusted relationships. You’re action-oriented and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. You have 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a strong record of exceeding your goals (CRM sales experience a plus). You bring 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment. You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Gong.io, and Google Workspace. You’re passionate about hospitality and excited to help operators succeed.
