The Associate Manager, ProCare Operations provides operational, talent, and process management to the ProCare operational support teams; consisting of internal and external ProCare, Technical Support and Depot Services to ensure achievement of divisional business goals.
What you will do:
Responsible for leading, managing and developing direct reports Identify and executed process improvements to enhance the customer experience from an operational perspectiveIdentify gaps that exist between our customers’ and our internal or external operations processesWork directly with reps, technicians, and customers to create custom solutions that meet or exceed customer expectationsBe Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all ProCare operating procedures and work instructionsGenerate and/or lead projects to enhance ProCare operationsSupport centralized and decentralized trainingGenerate reporting and/or collect and rollup dataWhat you need:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree6+ years of related experiencePreferred:
2+ years leadership/supervisory experienceMedical device, or Networking or IT troubleshooting experienceTravel Percentage: 30%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
