Job DescriptionThe main responsibility of this position will be to handle and supervise the financial matters of the Supply Chain Department and Operations (manufacturing).Partner with Operations team for Preparing, analysing, monitoring and controlling Manufacturing overhead / cost
Partner with Operations team to drive Manufacturing Saving initiatives as an independent analyst
Partner with Factory leadership team to drive down the cost and factory performance
Design and establish control over Inventory management. Inventory movement analysis & reporting
Set up, review Bill of Material (BOM) in Oracle for control over material consumption
Ensure and establish proper accounting of Direct Cost and Manufacturing overhead
Partner with Factory leadership team in driving Asset efficiency
Establish control over factory procurement
Design and establish control over scrap management
Partner with Operations team for monitoring Operations MDIs and Operations Incentive Plans (OIP)
Coordination with other departments within the organization.
QualificationsKnowledge and Skills:
Experience in handling product Costing
Budgetary control
Good understanding on Internal Control
Analytical skill
Proficient in English communication & computer operation (Windows, MS Office, etc)
Educational Qualification:
MBA in Finance / Accounting with Certificate in Professional Accountancy (ACA/ACMA/ ACCA)
Educational Qualification:
8+ years of experience in Finance
Work under pressure and people management skills.
