Position Summary:
The Associate Manager is responsible for oversight of population health care management staff including the organization and development of high performing teams. Emphasis on ensuring contract deliverables and health plan goals are met.
What you will do
Works closely with Regional Care Management Managers to ensure ongoing consistency and accuracy in clinical interventions supporting current members.Takes accountability for completing tasks (i.e., audits and reports) aimed to successfully achieve the financial, operational, and quality objectives of the work area.Assists in implementing and sustaining action plans, initiatives, and strategies to support the meeting of contractual obligations and health plan goals. Works to implement effective Clinical Health Services change management plans when new initiatives are rolled out or enhanced by upper management.Facilitates regular staff meetings and 1:1 meetings to ensure all team members are fully versed on ongoing as well as new work area policies, procedures, and expectations.Effectively collaborate and manage relationships with various stakeholders (i.e., DCBS, Therapeutic Foster Care agencies, community providers, and foster families)For this role you will need Minimum Requirements
3+years in clinical area of expertise2+ years previous leadership experienceExperience or detailed knowledge of the Foster Care and juvenile justice systems, Adoption Assistance, the delivery of Behavior Health Services, Trauma-informed Care, ACEs, Crisis Intervention Services, and evidence-based practices applicable to the Kentucky SKY populations.Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills. Advanced collaboration and teamwork skills. Advanced growth mindset skills (agility and developing yourself and others). Advanced skills in execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting). Ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate option.This position is assigned to the Northern Bluegrass Region (Counties: Boone, Bourbon, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Harrison, Kenton, Nichols, Owen, Pendleton, and Scott)Qualified candidates must reside in the assigned region.Preferred:
Manage Care organization (MCO) experience
Licensed Behavioral health Nurse
2 plus years of Supervisory experience
Education and Certification Requirements:
Registered Nurse (BSN preferred) with active unrestricted state license. Master's degree in behavioral health field with active unrestricted State Licensure in applicable functional area. (e.g., LPC, LCSW)Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:
$72,306.00 - $155,736.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
