About Merchandising at Sephora:

As our Learning & Development Associate Manager, you will lead Learning & Development initiatives for the Merchandising organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Merchandising Operations Strategy & Development, you will play a pivotal role in linking the team with vendors and cross functional business partners that support our L&D objectives.

 

Your role at Sephora:
We are seeking a Learning & Development Associate Manager to lead initiatives for our Merchandising organization. You will manage project timelines, develop new and enhance existing training content, and partner closely with cross-functional partners and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and effectiveness of our Merchandising L&D programs: 

Project manage all L&D and Talent Development timelines, deliverables, cyclical projects and processes, including scheduling, room bookings, participant communications, materials preparation, and other duties as assigned. Support the development and maintenance of training content and materials, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, and consistency for both L&D and systems and tools training needs Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and availability of training resources and materials (i.e., onboarding, year-round learning curriculum) Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and other evaluation methods, provide reporting and continuous improvement recommendations Stay informed of external learning trends, programming, and resources to inform decision making and to make recommendations for future direction Facilitate in-person and virtual instructor-led courses and new hire orientation Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative

 

We’re excited about you if you have:

5+ years of Experience in Learning & Development or related experience in project/program management of Business Operations initiatives Experience with developing technical user guides for systems enhancements and integrations Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations) A highly detail-oriented mindset, able to keep track of changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with managing multiple tasks and deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy in your work Instructional design experience is a plus An ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast pace, complex environment A positive and collaborative attitude

 

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,000.00 - $111,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.  Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.  Sephora offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees, which includes comprehensive health, dental and vision plans; a superior 401(k) plan, various paid time off programs; employee discount/perks; life insurance; disability insurance; flexible spending accounts; and an employee referral bonus program.
