Overview:
Paramount+ is seeking an Associate Manager, Media Strategy to join its dynamic streaming media team! As the central hub for all paid media efforts, this team leads service-sell campaigns, annual media partnerships, first-to-market executions, and both on-device and performance media strategies. It also serves as a strategic connector between studio media teams handling paid campaigns for original series and films. 

 

In this role, you’ll be a key member of the Performance Media pod, focused on driving subscriber acquisition and growth through paid digital channels. You’ll support the planning and execution of campaigns crafted to attract new audiences to Paramount+, working across platforms like digital, social, and search.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute paid media campaigns that drive Paramount+ subscriber acquisition and growth across direct-to-consumer online channels, including Digital, Social, and Search Handle the creative delivery process for performance media, with a focus on maintaining accurate specifications within the Paramount+ internal database Support the management of the relationship with an external partner for dynamic creative optimization Traffic performance media assets to ensure timely and successful campaign execution and launch Partner closely with project management and design teams to ensure creatives are optimized for performance and delivered on schedule Share campaign performance reports and recaps with the broader team, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations to drive growth Assist in the monthly budget reconciliation process for performance media campaigns, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial objectives

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships A data-driven approach to marketing, with experience analyzing performance results and turning insights into actionable strategies Experience in project management tools like JIRA and Airtable Experience in digital subscription services and/or e-commerce

Additional Qualifications:

Passion and enthusiasm for entertainment content Prior experience at an ad agency Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment A curious mindset with a willingness to ask questions, explore new ideas, and contribute proactively

Hiring Salary Range: $48,000.00 - 80,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
