The Assoc. Mgr. Inside Sales sits in the Patient Support Services (PSS) Center of Excellence. Working with a wide variety of pharmaceutical clients, this role requires the ability to strategically align IQVIA PSS solutions to address the access, affordability, adherence, and awareness barriers they face.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for selling PSS solutions to pharmaceutical clients surrounding patient support services, including access, hub, copay, adherence, and affordability solutions.Achieves growth & revenue targets for assigned suite of PSS offerings through partnership with sales or account management team, seeking ways to increase the average deal size and reduce the sales cycle.Responsible for calling new business prospects and following up on MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).Collaborates with broader account team to target and validate opportunities for assigned customers/territory.Assists in the development and coordination of client proposals that position IQVIA PSS capabilities & solutions to pharmaceutical customers.Gain a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical client’s business, challenges, and strategy, in order to become partner of choice.Supports sales team with change order creation and process management and other administrative tasks as assigned.Cross-shares information with Commercial Enablement team; supports strategic proposals and presentations.Responsible for providing weekly/monthly sales and revenue reports, along with realistic forecasts to the management team, and tracking and reporting on marketing programs as assigned.Continually develop and update own knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical industry, IQVIA offerings and nominated client base.May manage smaller accounts to potentially lead to future growth. Monitors delivery, implementation, and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.Contribute on account planning strategy as it relates to assigned product or service area, supporting local office planning and implementation if applicable.May prepare internal and external sales presentations.Builds and/or procures resources for sales and ensures understanding and enablement of these resources so they are utilized effectively.Informs Product & Marketing teams via BU voice of customer/client.Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by Head of Sales.Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.Bachelor’s degree required.2-3 years of relevant sales, inside sales or account management experience from the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries with a track record of over-achieving quota.This role is US remote/home based and requires work hours follow the Eastern/Central Time zones.Strong virtual (phone, remote) presence and experience.Ability to articulate a customer’s issue by offering the best IQVIA solution.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to interpret and present complex concepts.Proactive and accountable with the aim to always drive positive client satisfaction.Self-motivated, target driven to succeed with a passion for sales.Building strong and lasting relationships with customers.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $53,700.00 - $134,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
