Responsibilities Are you passionate about digital content, online retail, and iconic brands like Fruity Pebbles, Honey Bunches of Oats, and Honeycomb? At Post Consumer Brands, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Associate Manager, Digital Shelf to help shape how our products show up online. This is your chance to be part of a growing eCommerce team, where you’ll manage the digital shelf across top retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart—ensuring our products shine in search results and convert browsers into buyers. What You’ll Do Manage and maintain product content across major retailer platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart. Lead the digital shelf strategy for new product launches, ensuring content is complete, accurate, and optimized for each retailer’s requirements. Develop and deploy branded content like A+ pages, brand stores, and campaign landing pages. Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, sales, creative, and insights teams to gather content inputs and align on go-to-market strategies. Use tools like Salsify or Syndigo to syndicate content and ensure compliance with retailer standards. Assist in executing digital merchandising strategies including search optimization, attribute alignment, and quarterly content updates. Monitor content health and availability using digital shelf analytics tools and support reporting and insights generation. Help streamline content workflows and improve content quality and consistency across channels. Location: Lakeville, MN (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 remote) #LI-Hybrid Qualifications What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or content management. Familiarity with retailer platforms (Vendor Central, Item360, Content Pipeline) and syndication tools (Salsify, Syndigo, 1WS) is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. Basic Excel skills and a love for data-driven decision-making. Preferred Skills: Experience with digital shelf analytics tools such as Profitero or Stackine. Experience with Ratings & Reviews providers, BazaarVoice or Power Reviews Understanding of SEO principles for product content.
