Associate Manager, Digital (Coffee, Confec)
Location: Cairo, Egypt **Role Purpose:** As part of the newly established MENA Digital Hub, the Digital Manager will serve as a core executional and strategic enabler for Nestlé brands across the region. This role combines **hands-on digital execution, strategic consulting for brand teams, data-led decision making, and cross-market governance** . The Digital Manager will help standardize best practices, elevate digital maturity, and ensure a seamless rollout of campaigns across touchpoints. This is a pivotal role in ensuring Nestlé brands win in the digital space. **Expanded Scope of Responsibilities:** **1. Brand Strategy Partnership** + Co-create brand digital strategies aligned with business objectives across awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty. + Serve as the digital counterpart to brand managers, helping translate business challenges into digital opportunities. + Lead strategic planning sessions with brand and cluster teams to assess needs and define executional priorities. **2. Digital Execution** + Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all digital execution topics across assigned brands, including Search, CRM, Data, Website, Digital Governance, and Performance. + Oversee and drive the end-to-end execution of omnichannel digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Search, Display, and CRM. + Lead the development and execution of SEO/SEM strategies with agencies, including keyword architecture, search ad performance, and landing page optimization and approvals. + Manage website-related digital delivery by supporting content audits, enforcing SEO and tagging hygiene, and coordinating CMS activities in alignment with brand content pillars and templates. + Act as the key liaison for CRM activations—collaborating with data teams to deploy personalized journeys, enrich audience segments, and enable precision targeting through first-party and platform data. + Ensure all campaigns and digital initiatives adhere to governance protocols, including standardized naming conventions, tagging frameworks, and alignment with brand-specific digital playbooks. + Customize campaign executions to meet market-specific needs while maintaining compliance with global and regional Nestlé guidelines. **3. KPI Governance and Performance Tracking** + Oversee KPIs per campaign/touchpoint with clear measurement frameworks. + Monitor performance dashboards, derive insights, and recommend optimizations. + Deliver monthly and quarterly reviews across campaigns, brands, and markets. **4. Capability Building & Knowledge Sharing** + Conduct digital trainings for brand teams and contribute to the Digital educational roadmap. + Lead use case documentation, success story collection, and internal knowledge sharing. + Contribute to the development of brand-specific **Digital Guidebooks** . **5. Cross-Functional Collaboration** + Work closely with IT, Media, Content, Ecommerce, and Consumer Engagement teams to align on execution. + Act as a connector between Global, Zone, Market, and Cluster teams for any digital requirements. + Provide input on digital transformation projects, innovation pilots, and tool integrations. **6. Governance, Tools & Process Standardization** + Enforce digital hygiene: proper tagging, UTM parameters, naming conventions, as per the global guidance. + Support digital audit reviews and MENA-wide reporting consolidation. + Help standardize ways of working across agencies, markets, and platforms. **ARE YOU A FIT?** + 3-5 years of experience + Digital marketing experience in a must + CRM Experience is preferred + Excellent communication skills + FMCG background is a plus
