Associate Manager, Deployment Readiness (Remote)

As an Associate Manager, Deployment Readiness you will be responsible for ensuring impacted stakeholders are ready to transition from their legacy ecosystem to SAP and its surrounding ecosystem with minimal operational disruption. This role will need to navigate an ambiguous and complex global landscape, and lead stakeholders to be aware, prepared, and ready for all business cutover activities. Beyond ensuring a comprehensive cutover plan, you will also lead the business through understanding how to maintain business continuity, metrics to measure the before and after the deployment, and managing incidents/escalations during Hypercare to minimize business disruption and get prompt attention on any risks and issues. 

What you will do

​​​​Facilitate and set direction with a large array of stakeholders from the business to navigate ambiguity to result in the development of the end-to-end cutover plan with an assigned area of ownership.​Gain knowledge in an assigned area of ownership to enable confident facilitation of the development of the cutover plan including the associated connected applications. ​Within the development of the end-to-end cutover plan, ensuring clarity of each activity, connections to other activities, resources, timeline, and duration. ​Partner closely with other program stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and aligned plan (BPO/BPIL/IT/Functional/Data teams). ​Support the development of the business continuity plan (inventory strategy, communications, backup processes), logistics strategy, and any other key projects.​Oversee the execution of the business continuity plan in alignment to the developed strategy to ensure minimal disruption during the transition from legacy to new systems.​Drive the execution of the engagement of our Stryker Countries (LRD’s) ensuring each country is prepared, aware, and ready for the transition.​Identify lessons learned and help support closure of mitigation activities to enable continuous improvement within the Cutover and Hypercare work packages.​Support go-live and Hypercare periods ensuring area of ownership is executed to the plan and monitored for any risks and issues, including ensuring prompt incident resolution following the Hypercare process.​Escalate roadblocks, risks, and issues that would prevent progress to key milestones.

What you need

Required:

Bachelor’s degree.6+ years of experience.Experience leading large-scale transformation programs, with a strong background in project management, business readiness, or implementation.Experience setting direction, navigating ambiguity, and influencing stakeholders, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and executing strategic plans that meet quality, time, and cost objectives.

Preferred:

Master’s degree.3+ years of deployment readiness experience with SAP, or other ERP systems. Experience with supply chain or field inventory management.Experience with MS Project.

$100,500.00 - $215,300.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 40%
