In this Associate Manager, Customer Services (Kit Booking) role, you would be responsible for managing a team of Kit Booking Specialists and a Team leader. You would be fully responsible for the day to day running of the team, the training of your team members, processes within the team and the service that is provided. You are also responsible for the performance management, development and engagement of your team and driving key initiatives.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Kit Booking team

Ensures Compliance with processes, training etc

Manages motivation, performance, development, engagement and pay decisions of your team, as well as hiring

Takes responsibility for problem solving issues, identifying improvements and takes ownership for making changes

What you need

Team Management experience with a strong ability to recruit, develop and engage high performing teams

Experience of managing a team within a matrix organization and of managing managers

Excellent influencing and presentation skills

Project management experience

Thorough functional knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain and OTC Processes, from within Stryker or from external experience

Experience with continuous / process improvement

Experience with reverse logistics and consignment type business (such as Medical Device, Healthcare Markets) is desirable
