Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.
As an Associate Manager of Customer Activation, you’ll help bring national shopper strategy to life across key regional and mid-tier retailers. You’ll support the development and execution of customer-specific plans that enhance in-store and digital conversion, working closely with sales, brand, and omnichannel partners to deliver against business goals.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow their customer marketing expertise, gain exposure to both Food and Beverage portfolios, and contribute meaningfully to Ocean Spray’s retail success.
A Day in the Life...
Retailer & Program Support
Support customer activation planning for key regional and emerging accounts.Help develop customer-specific programs that align with our Master Brand strategy and unlock incremental growth opportunities.Manage tactical elements for key retailer initiatives, including barcode creation, budget phasing, and promotional calendar development.Execution & Optimization
Partner with the Manager of Customer Activation to ensure seamless planning and execution across both customer and channel needs.Coordinate sales requests and program approvals during key drive periods and innovation launches.Collect and organize data for Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and retail media tracking to support performance measurement.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of omnichannel programs.Analyze and monitor campaign performance to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.What We Are Looking For:
Required
Bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience in shopper marketing, customer marketing, brand marketing, or related agency/CPG rolesHighly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skillsExposure to omnichannel tactics and/or digital promotionsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsPreferred
Experience supporting regional sales teams or executing retail-specific marketing programsFamiliarity with Media Mix Modeling (MMM) or digital campaign measurementGrowth mindset with a desire to build broader commercial and strategic acumenEducation:
