We’re looking for an Associate Manager, Costing to lead contract manufacturing initiatives and support strategic sourcing through cost analysis, supplier oversight, and operational excellence.
 

What You’ll Do

You will:

Oversee staff and support the operations of contract suppliers, including technical issues, quotations, vendor selection and evaluation, schedule conflicts, and quality concerns.Supervise site visits to contract manufacturing facilities to observe production and testing of VF products and ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMPs).Act as a liaison between VF and third-party manufacturers to ensure quality standards are met and products are delivered on time.Provide contractors with the necessary information to meet compliance and quality expectations.Identify and evaluate potential new contractors, including financial stability assessments.Coordinate the development of contractor documentation and manuals.Respond to cost and feasibility requests and obtain vendor quotations.
 What You BringAssociate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
(Equivalent experience may be considered based on the role and hiring criteria.)Typically 6+ years of progressive experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Strong organizational and communication skills.Experience in a process-driven, technical environment.
