Bleacher Report is seeking a Associate Manager, Content Partnerships, to support and grow our relationships with leagues, teams, and brands.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives both behind the scenes and in the action. You’re the type of person who anticipates needs before asked, loves a clear agenda, and brings structure to complex workflows.
The ideal candidate is a natural connector and communicator who can build trust across teams and partners. You’re proactive, ask smart follow-up questions and own next steps to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You’ll report directly to the Director, Content Partnerships and work cross-functionally to ensure our partners’ goals are met while our internal teams are aligned, informed and empowered to create. Role Accountabilities...
Partnership Relationship SupportJoin recurring partnership calls, capture detailed notes, and ensure follow ups and action items are documented and trackedTrack partnership touchpoints and keep leadership informed of movement, progress, and needsServe as a supporting contact for league, teams, and brand partners ensuring timely and thoughtful communicationCommunication and CoordinationBuild and manage weekly meeting agendas across multiple external partnerships and internal workstreamsEnsure all meetings are purposeful, documented, and outcomes are logged and sharedCross Departmental AlignmentHelp build and maintain organizational tools and trackersSupport the coordination of cross-functional teams (creative, production, strategy, social, sales, etc.) to ensure clarity and efficiency across partnership opportunities.Qualifications & Experience...
1-3 years experience in a transferable role (sports, media, content, partnerships, marketing, etc.)Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiencesOrganized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityComfort navigating internal relationships and external partner expectationsCalm under pressure and comfortable in a shifting environmentPassion/knowledge for sports mediaHow We Get Things Done…

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $57,750.00 - $107,250.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
