Job Description

岗位职责：

执行公司年度招标策略方案，根据辖区各省情况，提出省级招标方案落地计划；影响省级年度招标方案和目录，跟进年度招标关键节点，审核投标文件，参与现场（网上）开标，做好议价应对，推动所有产品的省级准入配合公司准入产品策略：推动新产品、新剂型、新适应症的及时补标备案；辖区各省的省级招标报价风险管理，省级招标风险预估及提出应对建议；跨部门资源整合：GAMA（政务、KA、价格） /市场部/销售部等共同执行省份准入计划，共同搭建核心客户的市场活动平台；整合外部资源：与商业公司、RDPAC等一起解决共性的招标问题应对未来，提早准备，做好核心客户互动。加强省级招标重点客户拜访，包括省医保局，招采中心等；及时了解招标信息（招标政策方案等），省级招标相关政策沟通影响；搭建客户核心客户有效互动平台， 加强省级招标相关客户有效互动

岗位要求：

•      2年以上商务工作经验；有1年以上招标管理经验者优先；

•      大客户管理经验，较强的客户沟通能力；

•      关注行业政策，有较好的政策敏锐度；有良好的积极主动性和执行力；
