Job description The Accounts Payable COE Associate Manager is responsible for leading part of the I2P COE Team. This position will act as an escalation point for high priority issues. **What will you do:** + Support the design and follow up of strategies to analyze and close GRNI and AP Trade open items. + Support the root cause analysis to avoid GRNI and AP Trade items and control balances. + Approve GL account reconciliations in Blackline. + Engage and supervise the team under their scope. + Lead Tier 1 Daily Huddle and escalate any major issues to Tier 2. + Ensure high-quality interactions with internal and external customers. + Coordinate with other team leaders to ensure strong working relationships and well-defined handoffs between teams. + Provide regular updates to management of KPI’s, analysis and trends. + Work with Internal and external audit teams to review and enforce policies. **What you need:** + University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other related areas is preferred + MS Office Suite (Excel intermediate to advanced level needed). + Fluent spoken and written English. + 6 - 8 years of relevant working experience in a finance function ideally with experience performing accounts payables and/or accounting responsibilities in matrixed international company (preferably American or Multinational company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems. + 3-5 years of experience leading teams Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
