What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Engage in planning and coordination activities to facilitate repairs and maintenance in both plant and office facilities, as well as machines and equipment.
Support routine, periodic, or special inspections to identify necessary repair and maintenance work, ensuring the prevention of breakdowns.
Contribute to project tasks by developing detailed resource plans for production area shutdowns and regular maintenance work.
Collaborate with teams to ensure the identification, acquisition, and kitting of parts, and the collection of tools, documentation, and procedures for work activities.
Create detailed schedules for upcoming work associated with future shutdowns or maintenance, aligning them with the operations schedule to minimize equipment downtime.
Work with requestors and peers to develop appropriate scopes for corrective maintenance job plans and efficient work execution.
Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Maintenance Supervisors to assign specific durations to planned and forecasted preventive maintenance.
Assist craftsman and support teams in determining if scope changes can be completed without disrupting the schedule.
Lead shutdown preparation and progress meetings with Maintenance, Project Engineering, and Operations teams.
Issue informational and effectiveness reports based on team and business unit work, ensuring continuous improvement and effective communication across all departments.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
Proficient computer skills in MS Project, CMMS, Excel, and other relevant software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings effectively
Experience in planning and execution of maintenance tasks and activities
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Experience with querying and transforming data
Experience and understanding of industry equipment and technology principles, theories, and practices
Knowledge and experience with continuous improvement change implementation
Familiarity with planning and execution of maintenance tasks and activities
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
