**Date Posted:** 2025-07-25 **Country:** Singapore **Location:** 10 Loyang Crescent, Singapore **Position Role Type:** Unspecified **What You Will Do** + Attend engine pre-induction meeting for scheduled engines shop visits. + Draft engine teardown work scopes based on pre-induction assessments. + Attend to engine teardown and perform dirty inspection review together with operation team. + Document engine parts conditions and upload findings to the server. + Draft & reviews teardown reports with Technical Service Engineer (TSE). + Verify and resolve technical issues with TSE. + Assist in engineering driven improvement projects. + Liaise with vendors and contractors on equipment upgrade and modification, when necessary. + Perform any related duties as direct by the supervisor. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. + Min 2 years of experience in Aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul business. + Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally. + Experience in root cause analysis and technical problem-solving. + Able to interpret and draft technical reports. + Effective communicator with strong technical writing and reporting skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. **Qualifications We Prefer** + Familiar with Engine MRO repair processes. + Possess a good track record in continuous improvement project. **What We Offer** + Career and skills development opportunities. + Employee scholarship program for further education. + Comprehensive health, medical and dental benefits. + On-the-job training and in-house/external certifications. + Competitive renumeration package. + Allowance and overtime benefits where appliable. + Company transport provided. _RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
