Associate Legal Operations Processor / Writs and Levies (Legal Services / Chief Operating Office)

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking multiple Associate Legal Operations Processors to support the Writs and Levies team in Legal Services within the Chief Operating Office (COO). For additional information on lines of business, refer to the external careers site at www.wellsfargojobs.com.


In this role, you will:

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal and external business partnersNegotiate with external business partners to assure resolutions and deadlines are metPerform routine administrative, operational and customer support tasks relating to legal ordersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsReceive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questionsSeek ways to improve work processes within established proceduresSupport more experienced processors with various operational tasks responding to legal orders while adhering to timeframes and state statutes requirements

Available Location: Preferred location listed below. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Available Shift: 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. ET; Monday-Friday

Shift is subject to change, based upon business needShift may include additional hours, including holidays and/or weekends, as needed or scheduled

Training Details:

Training hours are 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday, for approximately 4 weeksMust be able to attend full duration of required training period 

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Legal Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
