Visit us at https://www.softwareone.com/en The role Manage and optimize our software portfolio, ensuring quality and data compliance Maintain data quality standards across all DSC customer accounts with accuracy, completeness, and consistency Analyze entitlement and contract data to provide actionable insights for compliance and informed decision-making Manage timely and professional email communications with effective follow-ups for collaborator engagement Generate and deliver scheduled operational reports with consistency, accuracy, and within defined timelines Understand and coordinate responses to new internal and customer requests with relevant teams Serve as a central liaison between Customer Teams, S2P, and MCoE for both BAU and ad-hoc tasks Perform reconciliation and gap analysis on licensing data across tools to ensure alignment and integrity Review and validate customer contracts and entitlement data for structure, accuracy, and compliance Build customized reports tailored to customer needs, contributing through data-driven insights Provide SAM-based analysis and recommendations from licensing and entitlement evaluations Complete project tasks efficiently within defined business objectives, ensuring high-quality delivery Accurately complete quality checklists for all assigned tasks to meet internal standards Ensure 100% adherence to defined processes and SLAs in all deliverables Manage the end-to-end Publisher Update process including draft creation, revision, coordination, and publishing Collaborate with publisher experts for technical inputs and marketing for final content review and approval Accountable for sharing completed drafts on the internal portal and maintaining timely communication with all collaborating parties Manage access provisioning and complete ad-hoc tasks based on evolving business requirements What we need to see from you 3-4yrs of domain expereince into procurement processes and ability to align SAM activities with procurement and compliance strategies. Solid understanding of procurement processes with practical experience in managing contract cards and opportunity creation/updation. Understanding of various publisher licensing models and contracts. Prior experience with Navision Tool for managing contract cards/agreements is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Effective communication and email handling skills with a focus on timely follow-ups and collaborator coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of completing both BAU or equivalent experience and ad-hoc tasks within defined SLAs and quality benchmarks. Job Function Software & Cloud
