In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Troubleshoot product configuration issues experienced by our users. Update business system-related products, including item creation/update, enabling of parts, item attributes and categories, and application of templates. Address basic configurator issues such as rule troubleshooting, publication issues, item commoning, and attribute issues. Conduct quality assurance analysis and testing of configurator changes to address actual orders for booking. Participate in projects related to the configurator through rule writing, loading, testing, and publication.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any Engineering degree with a programming course in the curriculum. 1 year of related support experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic Programming principles.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
