JOB PURPOSE:
Efficient, timely & accurate performance of operations and monitoring of standard & special requests by providing high quality services to our internal and external customers.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure invoices/activities assigned are processed within agreed SLA / TATTo meet set targets on volume and accuracy consistentlyTo closely work with internal teams in resolving the issues / errors identifiedTo support SPA/ SME in clearing the queries on timeTo identify inconsistencies / issues in the process and work with SME in resolving the sameGood to have knowledge on financial modules of SAPEnsure process training completion within training period
WHO YOU ARE:
Graduate with specialization in financeShould have minimum 1-2 years of AP experienceKnowledge of Excel and ERP(SAP)Proficiency in data entry managementEffective verbal, written communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving skillsIndependent worker who can plan work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.An individual contributor, at the same time, able to work well in a big team.Candidates must be a responsible, self-driven as well as possess an attitude for continuous process improvement
