What will you do?
Support team’s Investment Management Operations, executing trades and rebalancing portfolios.Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.Execute updates to portfolio models, based on instructions from Portfolio ManagerGenerate Investment Policy StatementsReview IPS and accurately input high volumes of trades for a large PIM portfolio, making sure that each trade adheres to asset allocation rules and any special trading instructions/IPS rulesConduct ongoing research on markets and investments, provide regular updates to the advisory teamParticipate in regular investment management team meetings and communicationSupport the administrative functions of the advisory teamSupport your advisory team with new client acquisitionMay be required to provide primary relationship support for a select group of trading clientsWhat do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with IIROCSuccessful completion of the Investment Management Techniques (IMT) Course/ CIM or CFAUniversity degreeA self-directed individual with a growth and goals-oriented mindsetExceptional written and verbal communication skillStrong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office SuiteNice-to-have
