Purpose\:
We are currently recruiting for an Associate Investigator. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based in Kingston, Ontario.
We are looking for an Associate Investigator with a chemistry, chemical/materials/mechanical engineering background with strong hands-on experience in chemical process development. This position involves the development and piloting of novel chemical processes, supporting technology transfer through to commercialization, and small-lot manufacturing at the Client's Kingston Research Facility.

Technical and Industry Experience\:
Preferred Attributes and Experiencer\:
Professional experience in hands-on chemical process development.Familiarity with lab to pilot scale-up. Ideal candidates will have some research experience.Working knowledge of mechanical equipment, process, production chemistry, structural, electrical, instrumentation, control systems and operations.Experience with P&ID, mass & energy balance. Ability to understand and complete Process Hazard Analysis.Strong desire to commercialize technology and a results-oriented mentality.Familiarity with ISO quality assurance systems and documentation would be an asset.Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training\:
Required\:
