This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and strategic problem-solving! **Core Responsibilities** + Partner with external Walmart contacts to obtain orders for Replenishment, Programs, and new product Launches. + Where relevant, maintain Walmart system parameters that support successful replenishment. + Write orders on Walmart’s behalf as needed, optimizing store deployment to improve in-stocks and minimize excess inventory. + Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations and Distribution teams as needed to ensure that orders ship as planned. + Manage tracking of item-level shipment execution vs. plan on a weekly basis, ensuring insight into any balances rolling forward into the following week. + Ensure delivery of Walmart’s full shipment plan for each month, through consistent order execution, proactive identification of obstacles, and creative problem solving. + Report weekly to the organization on execution against Walmart’s Replenishment, Launch, and Program shipment plans + Identify and action opportunities for process improvement **Do your part in our team succeeding** US Market Operations is responsible for short-term forecasting and operational execution of the LEGO Group’s US business. A customer-focused organization, the team collaborates cross functionally and with external customers to deliver BU priorities and customer goals. Our team is accountable for optimizing retail inventory flow and ownership. By engaging with the retailer’s operations team, and collaborating with internal functions such as Supply Chain, Distribution, and Sales, the Associate Inventory Replenishment Manager drives the shipment plan to improve retail in-stocks while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory at retail. **Do you have what it takes?** + Experience in Inventory Replenishment, Operations, or a related field + Strong attention to detail and organizational skill + Results orientation + Proven ability to establish positive relationships and collaborate with internal and external collaborators + Understanding of the retail supply chain (brick-and-mortar and online) + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills + Experience working with major US retailers preferred + Proficiency creating dashboarding with PowerBI preferred + Verbal and written proficiency in English **Relocation** There is no relocation budget for this role. **Hybrid** **working** **model** Our workplace enables our LEGO colleagues to be and do their best at work.
