Monitor compliance reports related to key billing documentation that is entered in Vx software. Investigate exceptions and follow up to assure that appropriate action is taken Provide coaching, and/or education to program staff to promote concurrence with VITAS standards. Enter data that will assist others in examining program trends and occurrences which may indicate areas of concern, and to coach programs to higher performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Three to five years prior relevant experience in a healthcare environment preferred Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented, investigative mindset, demonstrated computer proficiency including databases, statistics and word processing required Knowledge and experience with use of quality tools, concepts and applications Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously Strong interpersonal skills within all levels of the organization Ability to navigate within automated systems and proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel

EDUCATION

Completion of high school or basic education equivalency required. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred
