**Overview**
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate to support our internal engagement and communications strategy across LATAM. This role combines visual design, campaign support, event coordination, and culture-building activities. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to bring recognition, DEI, and team-building initiatives to life while ensuring content is relevant, aligned, and impactful for teams in LATAM.
**Responsabilities**
+ Contribute to the execution of internal campaigns by designing visuals and developing content for the intranet, email, and other communication channels.
+ Partner with the agency to adapt creative concepts into engaging, regionally relevant materials, and create branded assets (e.g., banners, event materials, decks, and short videos) using tools like Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop—ensuring alignment with LATAM needs and global brand guidelines.
+ Propose and help implement diverse cultural experiences—such as DEI activations, watch parties, regional celebrations, and peer-led meetups—to drive engagement and foster team connection.
+ Support the delivery of regional recognition programs, including Core Values Awards, Stories of Success, and spotlight campaigns.
+ Coordinate team-building events and local engagement activities that reflect and reinforce regional culture.
+ Manage administrative tasks such as CSR entry, purchase order submissions, and internal documentation.
+ Support logistics, asset preparation, and event coordination to ensure on-time delivery and smooth execution. Collaborate with vendors under direction and handle all related tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
**Qualifications**
+ **Professional in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field** , with 2–4 years of experience in internal communications, visual design, employee engagement, or similar roles.
+ Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva Video Editor, Premiere Rush).
+ Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content across multiple formats and channels.
+ Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns and logistics simultaneously.
+ Experience collaborating with cross-functional or regional teams is a plus.
+ Comfortable supporting both virtual and in-person events and campaign execution
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a strong advantage
+ Fluent in English (spoken and written).
