Associate Intake Analyst

The Opportunity

The Intake Analyst will cover tasks Contract, Demand and Capacity of both Delivery Center in Manila and Vietnam.

Position Responsibilities:

Capacity and Demand management

Analyze, review and document capacity and demand related updates

Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure accuracy and correctness of capacity and demand updates

Modify and enhance capacity and demand management trackers and reports as needed

Prepare and present ad-hoc reports related to the capacity and demands

Contract Management

Draft and review contracts within Manulife using Templated documents

Analyze stipulation and terms from the contracts to comply with the requirements of stakeholders

Perform working collaboration with stakeholders to ensure their contractual needs are met

Maintain contract templates and trackers to ensure accuracy and relevance

Ensure the  internal contract documents are accurate, maintained and archived

Prepare and present ad-hoc reports related to the contracts

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or related field.

A minimum of 1+ year experience performing Project Management Office Intake, Project Management or other related role

Working experience in Capacity and Demand Management and reporting is a plus

Working experience in Contracts management and reporting is a plus

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to speak and write about technical issues for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to take ambiguity and clarify for self and others
