Join us to help shape a diverse and inclusive workplace while advancing your career with opportunities for continuous learning and development. **Position Responsibilities:** + Monitor infrastructure components on-premises and in the cloud and perform daily system activities. + Provide 1st level support for issues related to infrastructure, including IaaS and PaaS components, as part of a team that delivers 24/7 operational services. + Perform system checks and basic maintenance plans, troubleshoot system operating problems, and determine the cause of system interruptions. + Assist Infrastructure, DevOps, and Application teams in creating and handling monitoring and troubleshooting tasks, and in the coordination and resolution of incidents. + Document procedures and contribute to the onboarding of new tools and processes through improved automation. + **Work Arrangement** : This position requires full-time, onsite presence at the Global Operations Command Center in Quezon City, Philippines. + **24/7/365 Coverage** : As part of a 24/7/365 operation, the role involves providing continuous support to maintain infrastructure and IT services. + **Shifting Schedules** : The position operates on an 8-hour shift schedule, 5 days a week, with shifts alternating between early, mid, and night shifts.
