WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Leading clients through the setup, configuration, and implementation of OpenText Cybersecurity servicesProviding technical and functional guidance to clients and internal teams, ensuring successful product deployment and adoptionDelivering clear, engaging presentations and walkthroughs during pilot programs and customer evaluationsTranslating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand solutions for both technical and non-technical audiencesPartnering closely with our Sales team to support successful client onboarding and long-term satisfactionMaintaining deep technical expertise on OpenText products and staying informed on competitor offeringsSupporting new client onboarding with hands-on assistance and best-practice recommendations
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, troubleshooting, system configuration, and enterprise applicationsProficiency in cloud computing, SaaS-based security services, and internet technologiesExperience with hosted email systems and email security solutionsDeep understanding of networking technologies including Active Directory, Windows networking, and DNS topologyHands-on experience with Microsoft and Apple operating systemsProficiency in Office 365, Outlook for Windows, and Outlook for MacThe ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues remotely via phone, live chat, or ticketing systems
