About the role...
As an "Imaging Operator" at Iron Mountain, you will play a crucial role in converting physical
documents into digital format using advanced scanning equipment. Your responsibilities will
include ensuring the safe handling of legacy records and maintaining the accuracy of scanned
images. Additionally, you will be instrumental in achieving daily scanning targets using
state-of-the-art production scanners, whether at customer sites or Iron Mountain facilities.
Qualifications...
● The desired experience level ranges from 6 months to 1 year.
● Proficiency in scanning legacy physical documents using overhead and automatic document feed
scanners across various customer sites.
● Availability to work six days a week, with a minimum of 8.5-hour shifts covering morning, day, and
afternoon schedules.
● Basic computer and laptop handling skills, including familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and the
Windows calculator.
● Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, target-driven mindset, and a sense of
responsibility towards assigned duties.
● Effective communication skills, including basic email handling abilities.
● Competence in handling internet-based data uploading and manual tracking of inward/outward
registers.
● Prior experience with document scanning or handling production scanners is advantageous.
● Minimum educational qualification: Any graduate degree.
